Andernach Music Days at "Namedy Castle"

Every year in May the city of Andernach in close co-operation with the house of Hohenzollern, organizes the "Andernach Music Days” in the impressive atmosphere of the mirror hall of Namedy Castle. Due to the high expectations, the "Andernach Music Days" have become a real music event in  Rhineland-Palatinate.

Arrival and 1^st day:
After the arrival at one of our hotels, you can look forward to an unforgettable concert in a historical scenery. In the late afternoon you will be picked up at the hotel. Arriving at the castle the lady of the house, princess Heide von Hohenzollern, will cordially welcome you. Then the princess will lead you on a historical tour through the premises and halls of the castle to prepare you for the enjoyment of art with artists awarded all over the world.

After the concert a special surprise will be waiting for you:
The princess invites you to a champagne reception, where you will have the possibility of meeting the artists personally.

After the reception, you will be accompanied to Andernach. Overnight accommodation at the hotel.

2^nd day:
After an extensive breakfast, we invite you to a guided city tour in the morning. Around midday, you are expected in a plain-cooking restaurant, where you will enjoy an Andernach specialty and a glass of our high-proof "baker boys warm-up".
The afternoon can be planned individually. Trip back home.

For dinner, you will be delighted with local specialties, a “baker boys menu" and a high-proof "baker boys warm-up", in one of the typical Rhineland restaurants of Andernach’s old town.

Overnight accommodation in the hotel.
